Ariel is both a skilled Counsellor and an Energetic Healer. Ariel holds that being your best self means finding balance in both the divine masculine and the divine feminine, and seeks to do this in his counselling and healing practice.
Ariel practices a form of Energetic Healing based on Pranic Healing which involves perceiving your chakras, clearing blockages, and reinvigorating your energy field with positive energy and affirmations.
Ariel also practices mixed-modality Counselling, utilising therapeutic techniques such as Person-Centred, Cognitive-Behavioural, Gestalt and Narrative therapies.
